Orders and payment
All prices are stated and charged in USD. Standard shipping is advertised as complimentary because its cost is included in the product price. Payment will be processed securely by Stripe when activated.
An order is accepted when Astrelle issues confirmation of acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for genuine reasons including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or inability to deliver. Where payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Products
We take reasonable care with descriptions, dimensions, photography and pricing. Screen settings and natural materials may cause minor variations in colour or finish. Bulbs are not included unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Use only compatible bulbs, voltage and plug configurations specified for your region.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Duties are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated as included.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, layouts and imagery are owned by Astrelle or used with permission. They may not be reproduced commercially without prior written permission.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. Subject to those protections, Astrelle is not responsible for loss that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach.
